Alerts & Controls

Do price caps include fees?

Yes. Set an all-in price cap so every alert reflects the true out-the-door price.

Can I get alerts only for certain sections?

Yes. Use team, section, and seat filters to target exact views and require contiguous seats for pairs or groups.

Email or SMS — which should I use?

Enable both in Email & SMS Alerts. Use SMS for day-of drops and email for planning ahead. You can set quiet hours too.

Can I pause or cancel my alerts?

Yes. Manage everything from your dashboard. See Fan Control for edit, pause, and cancel options.

Is there auto-purchase?

No. Pingseat never auto-purchases. We notify you when the price hits — you decide if and when to buy. Details in How It Works.
