PingSeat, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for subscriptions, event notifications, promotional plans, or any other offerings are final. Please consider this before purchasing.
Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Once processed, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued—even if you cancel mid-cycle.
Payments for event-based pricing, limited-time promotions, or special offers are final. These fees are also non-refundable under any circumstances.
You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account dashboard under “Billing.” When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be given for unused time.
This Refund Policy does not override rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, limited refunds or remedies may apply.
